RMB Uppercase Rules
1. When there's "0" in the number, write "零". Example: ¥1409.50 should be written as "壹仟肆佰零玖元伍角".
2. Continuous zeros can be written as a single "零". Example: ¥6007.14 should be "陆仟零柒元壹角肆分".
